In the process of having a home loan which they carried refinanced I went through so many hoops, heard so many lies, listened to so many excuses and waited over 3 months that I can without hesitantion say, never have any financial dealing with BoA. You will be sorry and you will probably lose money dealing with them. They are crooked, lying, cheating people and they deserve to be rated as the "Worst Company in America" They make other banks look like saints by comparison.
