I buy a mitsubishi 60' 1080p dlp hdtv from aaron"s sales and lease title in 06/25 settled it off in july/3. I buy a exended guarantee on07/01 i had been informed it had been with mitsubishi for my hdtv. I settled 137.79 for it. When our hdtv go wrong i contact mitsubishi to possess support done on our hdtv, i had been told i didnt have awarranty together on 03/1 and to call aaron's. When i call aaron's they said have one with mitsubishi, and also they would look into it. On 03/1. On 03/2 i was told i didnt have a warranty with mitsubishi. Our extended service plan was with aaronis. Was never told that after i purchased the warranty or proven the term of the contract, i had been miss guide by aaron's salesman her name was wendy the manager and ray a worker. Currently our hdtv isn't working an aaron's so-call expanded service plan say they don't cover part that isn't produced in usa. I sense i been had obtained avantage of. I'am really furious, i've been a faithful costumer every since 2004. I have to be made whole again an our warranty set up an hdtv mounted. I really hope we dont need to go to court over this issue. And things can be studied' attention of. Very upset an upset!!!
