They told me they could lower my interest rate and kept setting up appointments with different people so it took longer than 30 days to see if I qualify so they could charge $750 to my credit card acc

This company is not trustworthy. They did not provide the service they were advertising and charged me for it anyway - $798.95. They kept sending me to different representatives and never provided the service to lower the interest rate and kept me haning til after the 30 days contract so they could cash in on the fee. I believe this company is nothing but a scam and want to do what I can to get my money back.
