Requested Inc Bill Waggoner took our $5000, provided NOTHING in his contract, and scammed us, as well as other people

In november we were beginning email marketers who had a small amount of success and were looking to expand.

We wired Bill Waggoner, the "spam king" $5000 as he promised to get us infastructure, software, and data for us to expand our business with. He avoided us for weeks, missed deadlines, made up every excuse in the book to dodge us, and never provided a single SHRED of anything to us for our $5k.

We have a great deal of evidence of this happening to other individuals as well, totaling higher and lower than $5000.
