I obtained a money restoration notice from National Recovery Company dated 2/16 declaring fake expenses from MARSHALL CRISIS PHYSIC (sic) for $158.00 for providers presumably done on 12/14/1998. I've no understanding of the origional consideration, and sometimes even Marshall Crisis Physic (I'm accepting the final term is Doctors) and Nationwide Recovery Company wouldn't supply any data regarding the account or it is originators. It has not yet proven on my credit history, actually, which means this is possibly mistaken identification or outright scam.
