Browbeating appraisers

In my opinion CoreLogic (First American Core Logic) is browbeating appraisers by demanding a turnaround that might apply in SOME cases, but NOT in others. An appraiser is risking their license if they hurry through an appraisal (not allowing enough time for research, among others) just to get a turnaround so they can? Make more money perhaps? If an appraiser does not feel comfortable turning around a particularly difficult appraisal in 48 hours, why browbeat them? While that may be somewhat reasonable in a metropolis with ready resources (like multilist, etc.) it is simply IMPOSSIBLE in others where no such records exist and their comparisons may even reside in another, similarly populated county. First American (DBA CORELOGIC) should be investigated by SOMEONE anyway, for their demanding practices and lenders, in turn, should also be aware of these practices. Maybe they are indeed a candidate for AMERICAN GREED television.
