John Riggs & Millicent (Penny) Riggs are both Real Estate Appraisers in California. These California Real Estate Appraisers "tried" to be an Appraisal Management Company for Senior Lending Network aka World Alliance Financial Corp and have ordered appraisals across the country that they will not pay for now. I am a Real Estate Appraiser who has never committed fraud or acted unethically and EVERY penny counts to feed my family. Supposedly John Riggs was paid $15,000 by The Senior Lending Netword to pay for these appraisals & he pocketed the money and never paid for the appraisals. It has been months that he has told me the "check is in the mail".

They are true Rip-Off artists & you would never think so because they are older, probably in their 70's and they are SO nice when you talk to them!

BEWARE, you will get ripped off just like we did!
