I am also one of many consumers that's had a bad experience with Card Processing Services recently. I had never received my statement for my December payment and after searching for their address to send my payment, I had no choice but to wait until I heard from a rep. From their company.
I finally heard something on January 3rd (any respective company would have already notified me by either letter or phone call). I stated to rep that I had not received either December and January statements and that I just needed an address to send payments. Rep apologized for the mix up and assured me that she would find out why my statements were never mailed.
On January 5th I put a check in the mail to cover December and January payments plus the late fee for December payment. On January 11th at 12:40 P.M. I received a call from Card processing Services that my account was delinquent by 54 days. I told him that they need to change their information, because account was only 30 days late and it was their fault. I told him that they should have received payment. An hour later another rep. Called; I told him to stop calling or that my attorney would be in contact with them.
I have never been late making payments on my account. I like many others work hard to keep my credit in good standing and by all the negative responses regarding this company, it is so evident that this company needs to be held accountable for their unfair business practices.
