My Dad had a big law suit prepared against these guys right before he died. My Dad was physically sick, but his mind was in good shape. I knew they must have done something unethical to warrant a law suit. My Mom inherited his Lexus after he died. A few weeks ago, the dampo servo switch failed. I never wanted to take it to Park Place Lexus, but my brother talked me into it. It was a bad decision. The repair and the rent-a-care was $1000. The noise came back, but I could see a pattern developing with this dealership. It is know as the old "nickle-and-dime" dealership. Keep them coming back to spend more money. The sales reps are nice and wear starched white shirts with ties, but don't be fooled. This is a dishonest dealership. Their attitude is people who can afford a glorified Toyota can afford to keep coming back to spend more money on unresolved repair issues. AVOID Park Place Lexus in Plano, TX!!!
