Red Brook Builders - Robert Panny And Larry Zacks
Created a dangerous back yard (15 foot drop off, boulder, loose rocks, dirt and trees)

I closed on my house on October 10. The back yard that Red Brooks Builder created is very dangerous. There is a 15 foot drop off within several yards of my house. At the edge of the top of the 15 foot drop off are several trees, a boulder, loose rocks, and dirt that are threatening to damage my house and more importantly my family and myself. I have tried contacting Robert Panny and Larry Zacks many times to resolve these dangers; however, Red Brook Builders (Robert Panny and Larry Zacks) refuse to do anythin about this problem. I have pictures of these dangers which are available upon request.
