On Feb. 29, I purchased a 2yr Investment plan from Schaeffer's Investment Research Inc. For $1,200. On July 12 I notified Candace Simpson of Schaeffer's by email that I wished to cancel the plan as it was no longer working for me. I was advised by her, that the plan was transferable (to another plan) but not refundable. I do not want to transfer to another plan. At no time either verbally or in writing was I advised that the plan was not refundable.in 2011 I purchased another plan type that I cancelled and was refunded the balance of my unused subscription.
I would appreciate your help in getting my refund.
