I was cold called from a guy called Frank Marshall, regarding an investment opportunity for shares in BlackHawk Mines Corp. He told me he works for Charles Pearson Investments based in New York.
I did research online and could find no evidence or information to say he wasn't legit so I went ahead in the investment.
I transfered the funds into a German bank and in turn recieved a certificate of investment. From that moment onwards I was contacted daily with regards to building an investment portfolio. I said I would not invest another penny until we closed the initial trade and I saw a return on my investment in my Bank account.
We agued for several weeks about this but I held firm and refused to invest any more money. From this point onwards I have not heard a word from him which is unusual as he normally called Daily.
I have also now started to see warnings about blackhawk mines crop up on financial websites.
I then googled the name Frank Marshall and Charles pearson inverstments andf found this to be a SCAM.
