We have leased 2 autos from Lexus of Orlando in the past... Both times there were issues which went unresolved... Thus we filled the surveys out and expressed our problems... Now Kip Grant said that because of those surveys we are not to come into the dealership to buy anything. Before that we spoke to another Male who said he was the Manager and that they would lowball every deal and every trade we bring to them.
