Told me that I would get a $5000 credit line if I sent $45, and I didn't get anything but a book and a card that I cannot use. Ripoff!

I thought that I was going to get a credit card with a $5000 credit limit. I later recieved in the mail a book with mecandise that you could order in it and a member card. I tried to order something and they said that i had to make a down payment. Now i'm trying to get one web site and it no longer exist and no one answer the phone
