Kelly Fontain sound very convincing in a phone conversation about how is small fee of $2,500.00 was nothing like the rip off loan brokers out there. We even named severa tht we both agree riped people off, like Quaker Commercial Bank. After paying his fee, the items he required to move forward were not with in my control. They required the seller to give up 3 years tax records, whic the seller wa not willing to do on jsut land. All of the sudden, Kelly Fontain and 24/7 were now unable to proceed with a loan. They stated they had no other options. The money would not be refundable even though, they provided NO SERVICE!
Should you encounter them, run like hell. He talks all big and knowledgeable, but does not and can not perform. I feel they enjoy making "Committment Fee" money because it requires a few emails and they run. All profit.
