When I received e-mail confirmation for the 6 Coach bags that I ordered (thinking it was a legitimate Coach Outlet since their site is a MIRROR image of one) I knew it was a scam. I immediately canceled the transaction and Bank of America was helpful in disputing the payment. My issues is they actually shipped the bags, and I refused delivery (have USPS proof that I refused delivery on my end and that they were returned to China). The Merchant had the nerve to contact Bank of America and claim that they never received the bags back and so Bank of America re-charged my credit card and will not permit me to dispute the charge. I spoke to the USPS and supplied the Merchant with all the information necessary to track the receipt of the package on their end and that it was out of my hands, and that they needed to credit my credit card immediately. I have 3 or 4 replies saying not to worry, the money is on it's way... Last one dated 2/27... Nothing yet and now no reply!
