This past year in Nov our heater rush & led to harm to the toilet cupboard, wooden floor & roof. The plumber changed the heater however in the procedure started 3 tiles off the beaten track, eliminated & required the wooden roof panels, the previous heater continues to be within the top & he set the flood tube directly onto our porch, outside our room. We were informed the wooden floor they'd just area but could not discover the corresponding wood. The tiles they stated they'd substitute but could not discover the same tiles & wouldnt change all of the tiles. They got the wooden cupboard to repair it. It was delivered without any pit cut-in the rear to accommodate the plumbing & I'd to refit it. We've been quering this for weeks & have experienced no reaction. We're today quit with half of a roof uncovered, our wooden surfaces within the hall door to toilet raised & broken & 3 tiles missing in the wall!!! Not just this, we've needed to reside having a mold moist odor for weeks & in fact, this is our kids's toilet and never excellent due to their wellness! We're fed up with dangling on for that call-centre, talking with rude, unhelpful people but still no quality after six months!!!
