Bank One foreclosed on a property they did not have a motgage security on. They sent no paperwork to me only filed in the local paper of a small farming community. They then sold my 400000.00 dollar home for 135000.00 and removed and sold over 1 million dollars of my personal property from the home while I was working at another location.
We filed suite in the local courts and Bank One lost the first round of hearings and was found to have lied to the courts and filed fraudulent papers including papers that they owned our mortgage. We have to have the trial for the personal property that they stole from the residence.By not having good title to the premisis, they did illegal entry and removed property and concealed the whereabouts of the property from the rightful owners. They then disposed of the personal property after they had been informed of the owners concerns and suite.
With the loss sustained at the onset of the theft, we lost over 1 million dollars in personal property, interest on the million dollars at 18% per year and the property removed, can never be replaced for any price. I am a middle aged white female head of house hold and I think they have also discriminated agaist me because of the above reasons. If you are a middle aged female and have any money in the Bank One System BE Concerned, BE VERY CONCERNED.
