Santander is taking my money. They're implementing my theory funds towards curiosity. I can't understand their language which is difficult to consult with a boss.
After 30mins on-hold, they hung-up on me. They've dropped funds and also have billed me a "late charge".
I don't possess the total amount they state and they'll not permit me the pay-off that's on my declaration without receiving me curiosity. I'm very disappointed. I don't understand what to complete to 'repair' this.
I'm currently about the telephone using the division of Consumer Affairs.
Is their anyone who has already established this same issue with Santander Customer? In that case, what did you need to do to create them create the figures right???
