Calling harrasing at work fake identity stated that he his officer Dixon he's filing lawsuit

There's a gentlemen from this company who calls and harras me by stating that he's going to file legal action he stated that his name is officer Dixon. I told him not to call me at work he continues to call that has gotten my supervisors attention i am going to look into filing a harrasment law suit since he can't submitt anything in writting i've been fired due to this
