I paid Homesafe America $2600.00 to do a loan modification, whichthey said I qualified for back in april of my modifacation was denied in October, then they said they would re-submit the app but the mortgage company put my mod on hold for lack of info from Homesafe and moved on to others. I was told byChase that I did not qualify for any mod programs. I filed chapter 7 and am going to loose my house. I have a money back guarentee from homesafe but have not gotten my money back.
