I have recently received my credit report and noticed this company was on there 3 times in 6 months. I have inquired to them who and why they are running my credit without permision and they reponded, via email, they could not find any reports with my info on it from them. Yet they clearly appear on my report. Transunion informed me they had to have written consent to do so and i know i have not given this to them. Is this even legal? What to do?
