Saying i owe from a payday loan, when i ask to be sent some documentation they refuse. I asked for a physical address they refused. They are Indian or middle eastern

The have been calling since the beginningof the new year to my phone and my place of employment they refuse to give me a phyisical address, a fax or anything to validate them. But there is no department of Law and investigation. I need this to stop. There were speaking a complete different language in ear shot of the reciever. We need to band together to make this stop.
