I have been took by a man in many, la. I have encounted a terminal from him for my small business. He advised me there were no sign on fees, connection fees, and no cancel fees. I was going to use but it never did work. After calling and asking him to help he did not.
25 days later I asked him to just come get it because I couldn't afford something that did not work. He asked me to just keep it and he would help later and I could use later on when business picked up. I asked him if there would be any charges and he said, "No".
The last 3 months I have been charged with 49 & 75 dollars each month. I dont keep money in bank only for bills. So when it was taking out an additional 27.50 on each time. Total of 55 a month nsf were taking out for now 3 months on my account.
I am now trying to find out how to get my money back and stop these charges. Legal help is going to be needed. I dont have much money to spend but I dont want bad credit. *
