I'm a deaf client. I popped a merchant account at nearby department of W Of The in September. At same period, I requested for contact via e-mail (published language is my main language) using the nearby mortgage/loan specialist for this really small lender. I had been overlooked. I subsequently delivered 2 emails requesting "preapproval" of the mortgage loan. I had been overlooked. I subsequently delivered the department supervisor an extended fax detailing exactly what the Americans With Disabilities regulation is and just why he must react to me written down, since I don't make use of a phone and lender will not utilize live exchange. I had been subsequently overlooked for another month. Someday in December manger and mortgage officials both started contacting. Appears to me like DISPARATE therapy. Evidence is a large number of personal emails with times in it.
