I visited this person about 5 years back and his support was excellent. I recently got my pc to his store since I'd been having problems... Used to donot understand if it had been equipment or application because of the character of the problems. After I named him when he explained he'd contact (2 nights later) and he explained he was "flooded with clients"... The next day stated he discovered the issue and set it... All he'd to complete was "place it back together". It's consumed him per week to achieve that... He enables his work-bench to flood and he doesn't let you know this. He wants support but I suppose he's not prepared to employ any.
There are many horror tales and reviews on Ron Snell (Operator and single worker of University Pcs) not providing the solutions guaranteed. Ralph gets away with-holding peopleis home for weeks on-end simply by not providing the client a work-order slide of any sort. This way you-can't show he ever endured your home.
This "company" must be shut and Mr. Snell ought to be in prison.
