I am an independent contractor who spent hours of my time creating stationery for a DEADBEAT CUSTOMER named Joanne Snell.
Ms. Snell approved the proofs and refuses to pay me for services rendered. Ms. Snell and her son Rob Snell have attempted to rip me off in the past and now they are trying to do it again. Oral and electronic agreements are legally binding and Ms. Snell needs to stick to her word by paying for her order or at least pay me for the cost of labor.
I also found out through an independent investigation that Ms. Snell's business "An Invitation to Dinner" is not licensed or registered with the state or federal government. That is just wrong to have me spend my time working on a project for her and not get paid.
I advise any business who is asked by Joanne Snell to create a project for her business to first make sure you get paid up front and make sure she signs a contractual agreement, because her and her son Rob Snell will ultimately RIP YOU OFF.
