ICA collected money for my company and stalled to pay us our first installment 70 days after collecting. The second installement is taking even longer and now they don't answer their phones. This company is a fraud with constant excuses for holding onto our money. Paid check by phone and need to make sure it clears. Your better off not using them as your customer may pay them and oyour out chasing this Fraudulant company.
