ICA Collection Systems, Inc. Collected money from one of our clients that owed money for outstanding invoices. Our client paid in full in January.
After calling and speaking with Gerard Piette, we were told it would take two months for our money to "clear the bank". The contract signed makes no mention of this waiting period. Not to mention, there are no banks in America that take two months to clear a check.
When questioned about the policy, Gerard Piette asked, "Do you need the money to buy shoes for your children?". Gerard Piette is the supervisor of this company and is extremely unprofessional.
Needless to say, we have never received the money as of today, March 18. The total amount that have kept is $2460.25. Companies trust Collection Agencies to collect money owed. People don't expect that same Collection Agency to keep the money & never pay the company back!
It's believed that this company practices fraudulent procedures and uses the money they owe to companies to operate their "business".
