I noticed "Credit Defense" on my statement, and called up Wells Fargo to investigate. They claim that I signed up during my re-enrollment. I am very aware of what this type of scam is, and would never in a million years sign up. They claim to have proof, we will have to see about that.
They were very unsympathic, and refused to remove the past charges. I am going through channels, but it looks like a long fight. If any one has any advice, please let me know, it will be greatly appreciated.
