I was solicited to start my own home business for $249 and was promised all of the training and back office help needed to start a successful home business selling flat rate long distance service. What I was not told was that no one at the company had the first clue what they were doing and I would actually get no training, merely a weekly "pump up" conference call. My money was taken and I was never given a single piece of paper. I was completely ripped off for $249. My own issues with their lousy long distance service were never resolved either.
To make matters worse, I kept their lousy long distance service and paid $1 extra each month to have a monthly paper statement mailed to me. They charged my credit card every month for a year, but never produced the bill I was promised. When I cancelled the long distance service, they charged my credit card and then refused to refund my money.
