We got an auto loan through GE Money bank. 4 months after I faxed my information my direct withdrawl, finally went through. Soon after I got a call saying that they didn't recieve my payment. I looked at my statement and could clearly see that they DID recieve it on time. The person on the phone was rude and demanded that I make a payment over the phone. I said no and that I would call their customer service in the morning. When I did they tole me of some mistake that they made and put my money in someone elses account. I asked them why the collection people were demaning money for a payment I already made she told me that they don't have the same access to my account that she does. I was offered no apology for their mistake but was just blown off. I promptly called another finacial institution and had my loan transfered. Soon after, I received the title to my vehicle from GE that should have gone to my new institution. Too many mistakes. I have impecable credit and won't let them mess that up for me. I will never do business with them again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same!
