I believe these are scamming people. Banks do not ask for fees when they do loans. You can never get ahold of them, always an answering machine. You fill out the on-line form which is NOT secured and they are asking for your SSN and your mother's maiden name. When he does answer his name is David Anderson. Sounds like a Nigerian. Different phone numbers. They say they have four offices. One in Canada, one in UK, one in California and one in S. Carolina. On there website it has Greensville, South Carolina. There is not a Greensville South Carolina. IT is Greenville. I received back from them a committment for a loan. What a joke of a letter. Bits and pieces were taken from different loan documents and tried to make it look official. But the funny thing of this is, the document states, THIS IS NOT A LEGAL BINDING DOCUMENT. What idiots. Glad I was smart enough not to send any money to them. I have turned them in to several places, so hopefully we can catch these scammers. They are tricky. He doesn't sound like a business person. When I said to him This sounds like a scam, he got very upset, blessed me and hung the phone up. So that tells me, they are out getting other folks. I am going to continue to monitor these people because I can NOT stand a thief or a scammer. Please help me with this effort, and let's catch them. Run from Milestone Monetary or they will get your money. Don't be stupid and turn your house over to them either like there loan letters says. I'm sure they are out of Canada, but they have several numbers listed there website. At first, they did not have a website and then all of a sudden one was on line. Please be careful.
