Wachovia put a levy on my unemployment resources. They returned a check that emerged through and billed me another 35.00. Then your company i published the check to billed me 37.00 for that check. The surfaces did launch the funds back again to me which were being kept from the levy declaring STATE-LAW can't levy unemployment funds that we supplied evidence towards the surfaces the funds were unemployment resources. They did possess the lender launch the resources back again to me but Wachovia chose to maintain 100 for handling costs. I still needed to spend the bounced-check costs towards the company i published the check to. The only real people who held the cash was Wachovia and that's ILLEGITIMATE.
