I was ripped off by PayPal, eBay and the seller "Internet Resale." I ordered an item, and after 2 weeks I received a tracking number. I ran a trace and found that it had supposedly been delivered the day before. I have never received it. I requested that the seller run a trace to see if it had been delivered to the wrong address. They refused and said that the package had been delivered.
I then went to both eBay and PayPal for their "buyer protection." eBay said it was too early to file a claim. So I filed a grievance with PayPal, and they came back and said that since the seller says the package was delivered, I have no claim. Well, I am out my money and still need the part.
I have been cheated and am out my money. I made the mistake of believing in the buyer protection plans. Be advised that you need to use your credit cards directly, as a bank will reverse charges like this, but with PayPal you are just out your money with no recourse if they deny your claim.
