Ripped off by Paypal, Ebay and the seller " Internet Resale" Ordered an item and after 2 weeks I rec'd a tracking number. Ran a trace and found that it had supposedly been delivered the day before. I have never received it. I requested that the selledr run a trace to see if it had been delivered to the wrong address. They refused. Said that the package had been delivered. I then went to both Ebay and PayPAL for their "buyer protection" Ebay said it was 2 early to file a claim. So I filed a greivance with PayPal and they came back and said that since the seller says that the package was delivered I have no claim. Well I am out my money and still need the part.
I have been screwed and am out my money. I made the mistake of believing in the buyer protection plans. Be advised that you need to use your credit cards directly as a bank will reverse charges like this but with PayPal you are just out your money with no recourse if they deny your claim.
