Ripoff! I'm unable to contact and make payment to account

As we all know, this company is now a joke and we are all being ripped off. I have heard of a pending Class Action Lawsuit as of today. I am unable to make payments on my account, they have no record of it, although I get a statement everymonth showing a balance. If anybody knows of anyway to contact this company please let us all know.
