Thought I was alone until I stumbled across this site. Most stories sound similar. A never ending lease for terminal. Currently Northern Leasing is debiting 103.00 from my commercial checking for terminal equipment lease. When I signed the contract the sales rep (who is no longer with NPC) stated that the equipment is lease to own after 48 months. June would the last payment date. However, after reading all the entries for Northern Leasing Systems I think I need to make a phone call to Northern Leasing. I am seriously doubting what I was told back in June. Still there is hope (crossing my fingers). Either way, after reading everyone's entry I decided to check out what BBB (better business bureau) had on Northern Leasing Systems. Low and behold. They have an unsatisfactory rating with BBB for a unusually high number of complaints. If I am told anything different tomorrow I will definately file a complaint with BBB. Maybe everyone here should go to BBB's site and file a complaint. Power in numbers. If enough complaints are filed then that may generate a class action lawsuit. It may be several years or months before this happens. But things take time and there is always hope. My advice file a complaint with BBB.
