Stole my money then was rude

I had my bankfreedom visa account hacked into more then 4 months ago. I contacted the company as soon as i got a text message that said they had removed $99.00 from my account plus the $1.00 debit fee. I was informed that it would be investigated and that I needed to close the account and get a new one. I agreed. At that time I was asked if I would like a Mastercard instead of the Visa. I said sure. I asked if that would cause a problem since i had the visa at the time I was told it would not that they can transfer money between accounts as long as I hold a bankfreedom card. That was a lie.

When I contacted them they informed me that they could not do that, and that a check would be issued and that was more then two weeks ago. When I contacted the corporate office i spoke with Josh and he was really rude and yelled at me. Telling me that I would receive a check and hung up on me, He would not even give me the chance to give him my new address, and the same with customer service. I tried to call another corporate number and got the circle jerk syndrome. I am pulling all my direct deposts from them and doing away with the accounts for good. I have also contacted the BBB, Meta bank which sponsers them and the FBI concerning this matter. It might not be much money to them but it is my money.
