Canceled card and can get no information about my account interest charged goes up constantly

In march fcnb canceled my credit card which they said was no fault of mine just that they were not in the credit card business any longer.

It has been 10 months and i can not contact them by any means to obtain any information pertaining to my account from them.

The 800 number asks for card number then very tertly says goodbye and hangs up.

The web address they give— www.cardmembers.net— is no longer valid as it changes to some city site in florida which has no relation to fcnb.

They are still charging me higher and higher interest rates on charges made over a year ago. This they said was because they use the wall street journal as a scource of interest rates.

I do not feel that i am being ripped off in the sense of the word but do feel that fcnb should at least leave an avenue of information available to cardmembers such as myself so we can monitor our accounts.

If anyone that reads this can give me any information on how to contact fcnb and get a response please let me know. I have tried all available with no luck. They won't even answer the snail mail i have written.
