Threatening Tactics by Chase Auto collections on a less than 30 days past due

I am currently less than 30 days past due. I have spoken to several of Chase Finance collection reps every day since 10/15. They have me on auto dial and are calling every 15mins after I have spoke to a rep. After speaking with two reps on 11/9, today a rep by the name of Josh is calling my friends and family. I am not even 30 days past due. This is nothing short of a harassment tactic. I've called and spoken to a manager about this guy Josh who has called me before and hung up and he is now calling my family and friends. I got nowhere in reporting this incident to a manager. If anything it has gotten worse since speaking to a manager. The manager kept saying that they are trying to collect a debt. I know I owe this debt and have told them repeatedly will pay on the 15th of November. How can I stop this? At what point is it no longer trying to collect a less than 30 day old debt, but harassment? I believe that because I spoke to the manager is why things have gotten worse. I have submitted two complaints with the FTC and consumer affairs because I'm sure that I am not the only one who is experiencing this torture.
