I have watched Marc Tow now for about 3 years.introduced to me as a very competent and smart attorney, I saw him rip client after client on Loan Modifications, Real Estate Investment partnerships and thru legal representation.in every case his takes enormous fees, promises great results, and then goes stealth. He doesn't return emails, phone calls, certified letters, faxes and doesn't even respond to personal visits. The funds are gone and what you receive if you are lucky are falsified billing statements to make sure all your money is gone. This man should be disbarred. Don't waste your time with the State Bar. They are about as bad as the people you want them to investigate. You can find them at the donut shop, but your case better be really big or they don't want their coffee to get cold.
