In 1996 we filed bankruptcy in federal court, we had a loan with avco finance in augusta, which choose to fight us in court, to speed the process we agreed to pay half of what we owed them, and we did, when we recently went to sell some of our property we found it had a lein on it from avco finance co for the full amount we owed, as this was over years ago we dont have the records to prove all this was paid in full, we have got the attourneys that were involved to verify the agreements, their attourney says they still owe him money, so he is will to help some.
