I wanted to make a payment with Money Gram so I called the customer service department to get the code. The rep gave that info to me. I then asked if they could stop the direct debit from my checking account and he told me no problem. Well of course that didn't happen, they tried to take the money out anyway, twice, and I got charged 2 NSF fees totaling $54.00. I then called to get my $54.00 back and to no surprise at all they have no record that I called. Don't trust Wells Fargo Dealer Services
