Do not open line of credit with us bank. They charge penalty fee whopping $500.00, if you close an account or refinancing mortgage. If you want to close and reopen after refinancing, there will be another charge of $250.00. The total will be $750.00. This is the fee that a lot of banks that will not charge or waive if you choose the latter option. My banker in another bank was totally suprised when I told him the above situation and said that his bank never chages any fee for closing and could not believe that US Bank would not waive the charge. Do not get ripped off by this hidden fees.
