FCNB Aka Card Processing Center
Ripoff My account should have been paid off months ago. I sent my last payment in full in July '03 on time, and have since been receiving late fee charges

I have been charged late fee after late fee when I made my last payment in-full and on time in July '03. I had just sent out $30 to the Card Processing Center on-time and they still charged a $35 late fee.

I refuse to send them another cent. I have tried contacting them with no response, just the run-around. I didn't know this was happening to other people.

What can be done about this?! How about a lawyer who is willing to take on this case and go after this company? Who's up for the challenge?
