Discover Credit Card
Blackmail and fraud

Discover offered a balance transfer for 0% interest for one year in March. The needed amount was 25,000 US. They transferrred 15,000 US to MBNA, but not the company I listed first. They did not send me a statement to whom the money was send to and refused to send me a statement telling me to "find out myself". I could not find out anything, because the check is send by BillPayor Service and I am not the one who send it.

I did pay the Discover Card on time simply using 15 days from approval formula. Despite this, I got a bill in April charging $35 "late fee" and 23.6% or so interest. I c*ed the company and send a letter regarding this-no reply, "just c* us".
So, I cancelled the credit card and send a "pay-off" check from another creditor. A letter was recieved, but a pay-off check was not. More charges.in June after 4 transfers I was told that if I pay them extra $300 by June closing date they will stop harassing me. I did pay them BEFORE or in exchange
for the first statement. Since that time the cahrges and interest still accumulate. The company collection services i.E. Customer service c*s 5-or more times daily at home and at business locations, still refusing to provide any written reply
regarding my complaints. I filed a complaint with FTC for fraud
but doubt a resullt. I will also write a letter to the Commisionner Muris, since Discover is a Morgan Stanley Company
and is clearly fradulent. Then what? A class action agians * plus FTC? Fraud, blackmail, gauging, mail fraud, failure to respond in 60 days, abuse, lying and blackmail.
