For over a month now, I have been unable to login to my Chrysler account to check it or see what my payoff amount is. I have automatic payments for my Jeep. Everytime Chrysler sends me an email reminder about my payment due, I click on the link: www.chryslerfinancial.com and I get ask/search, blah, blah and cannot find the usual link I used to use to get into my account. I have tried everything but nothing works. Now I have to call them and I am overseas. Anyone else have this problem? Q
