I've been placed on hold now for 31 minutes. I received a harassing call from someone claiming that I was late on my payment. The truth of the matter is that I have paid, on time, and they have taken the money out of my account. Now they are claiming that I have to do all the work by sending further fax, no one will get back to me but instead I have to call them back to follow up, and have to wait until they send the new statement which ONLY goes out once a month. No courtesy call to tell me that they received my fax with proof of payment, no apology from a guy named Kyle who says there is no one else I can speak to, and more time wasting inconveniences... Dishonest, rude service ever!!!
