<p style="margin:0in 5.65pt 0pt 0in;" class="MsoNormal">After months of changed funding dates, unbelievable excuses, then the inevitable lack of communication, failure to fund, and the demand for our orgination fee to be returned (as stated in their contact that "if they fail to fund your fee will be returned") we intend to report Steinberg and Brown to the authorities and file a lawsuit against them for fraud on many counts.
