Scam, delay tactics... Need i go on!!!
3 months ago I called BOA to discuss a possible home loan modification. I was given a 3 month trial period. After 3 months I was denied. Due to not sending in the required info. Except I did, 2 times!!! Fax and fed ex, notarized documents and all...
They called me 1 month after the denial & said they were going to re-open the case and give me another trial period.
OK, no problem. I refax everything.
Then I get a letter saying they are going to deny me if I dont send in the ppaperwork by xxxxx date. I sent it in... So i do it AGAIN. Now, I was sent another letter. An intention to foreclose letter. I owe $3500 in rears due to all of the trial payments, the -balance still was collecting. So no I will pay the $3500, and tell BOA to go F*k themselves...
